Processing your payment

After you place an order on our website you will need to make payment for the goods or services you have ordered. In order to process your payment we use a third party payment processor (Shopify Payments) and a fraud gateway to ensure that your order is not fraudulent (Signify inc. Your payment will be processed by Shopify Payments.

Transfer and storage of your information

Shopify Payments is located in Canada. Information relating to the processing of your payment is stored outside the European Economic Area on our [third party payment processor’s servers in Canada and the United States.

Order Processing, Cancelation & Changes:

All Orders take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process.


All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. For additional information regarding our return policy please email or select return.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Returns

Halo cosmetics by jade Angel offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 30 days from receipt of the order. Note, the shipping fee to an order is non refundable.
