Jadeangelcosmetics  offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 30 days from receipt of the order. Note, the shipping fee to an order is non refundable.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

We cannot accept returns but if your item is damaged or you has missing items please email me at halocosmetics2021@gmail.com.

Please be sure to enter the correct address details as we cannot be responsible for orders that have already been sent out and marked as shipped.

Orders that have marked as shipped can’t be cancelled or refunded.

Return Qualifications:

Order must be purchased from jadeangelcosmetics.co.uk
Product(s) that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return.
Product(s) returned must be associated with the original order number.
No visible signs of use including lash glue or any discrepancy with the product.
Products must be in original packaging.
Gift Sets and Kits must be returned in full.
Final Sale Items can not be returned.
